What is the recommended use for the Nuna Rava car seat?

The Nuna Rava was designed for children from 5 to 65 lbs, and whose height is less than 49 inches.

• Rear-facing: Children can ride rear-facing from 5 to 50 lbs using the vehicle seat belt, and 5 to 35 lbs using the lower anchors (LATCH).
• Forward-facing: Children can ride forward-facing from 25 lbs to 65 lbs using the vehicle seat belt, and 25 to 40 lbs using the lower anchors (LATCH).

Can the Nuna Rava car seat be used for newborns?

Yes, the car seat is suitable for newborns with the removable infant head and body inserts, providing a secure and comfortable fit. The Rava infant insert is recommended for use with infants who weigh between 5-11 lbs. The harness must fall AT OR BELOW the child’s shoulders. The head insert may be used or removed for improved comfort at any time.

Is the Nuna Rava car seat suitable for air travel?

Yes, the Nuna Rava has been tested and certified to meet FAA requirements. Follow the instruction manual for installation on an aircraft (see "Aircraft Installation"). You’ll find the FAA-certified sticker located on the bottom of the Rava. Look for the label with the airplane. Because some aircraft seat configurations are different than others, it’s always a good idea to contact your airline before travel to double confirm compatibility.

How do I clean the Nuna Rava car seat?

When required, seat cover, infant insert, and harness pads may be machine-washed with cold water and mild detergent on the delicate cycle. Allow to air dry. Do not dry clean, use bleach, or attempt to iron any components.

The support wedge (located on the back side of the infant insert) is spot-clean only. DO NOT machine wash the support wedge.

DO NOT attempt to remove the child restraint harness system. When required, the harness may be hand-washed with a sponge and warm soapy water. Towel dry excess water and allow to air dry. Refer to the user manual for detailed care instructions.

What is the warranty for the Nuna Rava car seat?

Damages
ANBBaby.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Returns

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time between 30-90 days before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@anbbaby.com.
