The Joolz Aer footmuff is filled with Sorona® Aura insulation. Sorona® Aura insulation is made of Sorona® polymer, a performance fiber that is eco-conscious and partially plant based. The filling is breathable and retains warmth, while being super lightweight. It ensures a super cosy and comfortable footmuff.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays they will be shipped the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

We currently support, UPS, USPS and FedEx within United States

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation followed by Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
