TS Eli Elephant
Hold the elephant in your hand at 10-12 inches away from baby's face, and allow baby to observe it.
Baby reaches out with her hand - at first, randomly, and gradually, with purpose - and bats at the toy, causing it to swing and make pleasing sounds. This effect is captivating and encourages her to try again.
As baby’s grasp reflex disappears, control of her hands improves, allowing her to reach out confidently to bat the toy or grasp it for further exploration.
