How do I attach the Nuna PIPA™ series infant car seat to the TRVL lx stroller?

The Nuna Pipa Series infant car seat connects directly to the TRVL lx with just a lick and no adapters needed. Review the instructions provided in both the stroller and car seat manuals for proper installation.  

Can I fold the TRVL lx stroller with the Nuna PIPA™ car seat attached?

The stroller needs to be folded separately from the car seat. Remove the car seat from the stroller before folding to avoid damaging either item.  

What are the weight and height limits for the Nuna TRVL lx stroller?

The stroller is suitable for children up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) and 45 inches (114.3 cm) in height. 

Is the Nuna PIPA™ car seat FAA-approved for air travel when attached to the TRVL lx stroller?

Yes, the Nuna PIPA™ car seat is FAA-approved for air travel. 

What precautions should I take when transitioning the Nuna PIPA™ car seat from the stroller to a vehicle?

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Damages
ANBBaby.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship countries/destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

Returns

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time between 30-90 days before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@anbbaby.com.
