That means you can connect it to Alexa (and by year’s end, Google Home) and adjust all the features from the comfort of your couch, without having to move around at all. The Mamaroo also now has an updated touch-sensitive user control panel for your convenience.

The coolest update, called Find Your Roo, lets caregivers find the MamaRoo speed and motion combinations that mimic their own natural movements, so you can say really and truly that “it moves like you do!” This amazing update takes the guesswork out of creating a seamless transition from arms to swing.

Advanced Safety Features and Innovative Design

The Mamaroo swing features a redesigned seat shaped more like a “shelf” instead of a sling, which helps position the baby in the seat properly. All fabrics are washable and simple to remove – just unsnap, unzip, and toss in the washing machine on laundry day.

The safety harness is also now convertible from a 5-point to a 3-point harness. That means your baby can now use the swing when they are able to sit up unassisted if using the shoulder straps…which means you can enjoy the swing for even longer!

No. This product is not intended, designed or marketed for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep, move your baby as soon as possible to a firm, flat sleep surface such as a crib or bassinet.

How Long Can a Baby Be in MamaRoo Swing?

While experts don’t agree on a maximum recommended duration babies can spend in a swing, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Family Physicians agree that infants should not spend an extensive amount of time in swings or similar equipment. Babies need a mixture of activities, like tummy time, snuggling, and play, for healthy physical, cognitive, and social development.
