What do I do if there is low or no suction when pumping with the Pump In Style?
Make sure all connections of the kit and breastpump are secure.
If single pumping, make sure the port plug is placed into one of the single pumping ports.
Make sure white membrane is laying flat against the yellow valve head. Check that the yellow valve head is clean and not damaged. Refer to the assembly instructions.
Make sure the diaphragm cap or faceplate on the front of the breast pump fits evenly and securely.
Make sure the ends of the tubings are fit securely into the backs of the breastshields and into the ports on the diaphragm cap or faceplate.
How do I dry and store the breast pump kit?
Allow all breast pump kit parts to air dry in a clean area and store dry parts when not in use. Do NOT store wet or damp parts.
What is a microfiber bag?
Microfiber is a polyester blend that has many fibers (threads) per square inch. This gives the On-The-Go-Tote, Backpack, and The Metro Bag their stylish and luxurious look.
How should I power my breast pump while traveling outside the United States?
Pump in Style recently updated it’s AC power adaptor as of June 1st, 2019. With this new adaptor, when traveling internationally, there are 3 power options:
Use the Battery Pack that was included with your Pump In Style® Advanced breast pump.
Purchase the 9 volt Portable Vehicle Adaptor (sold separately) item 67174.
Use the power adaptor that was included with your Pump in Style® Advanced breast pump with universal prong converters (sold separately, not a Medela item)
Please note: The previous Pump in Style Advanced power adaptor (item number 68030 or 9207010) is not compatible outside of North America. Please call Medela Customer Service if you have any questions identifying which power adaptor came with your breast pump.
Can a universal power adaptor work with Pump in Style Advanced breast pumps?
The Pump In Style Advanced power adaptor (68030 / 9207010) is a linear power supply that is designed for use with standard U.S. outlets. Use of this adaptor outside the United States may result in breast pump motor damage and unpredictable operation.
As of June 2019, All Pump in Style breast pumps have been updated with a dual-voltage power adaptor 110-240v. If you have an older power adaptor (68030/9207010) you may purchase the new power adaptor (101036649) for international use. Please call Medela Customer Service if you have any questions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
ANBBaby.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ANBBaby.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy.
We currently do not ship countries/destinations outside the contiguous U.S.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time between 30-90 days before a refund is posted.
