Materials & Care
Frame Components: Pico's AeroWing™ space-grade aluminum alloy is ultralight, super strong, and absorbs energy forces in a crash. Designed with the planet in mind, the Pico car seat uses minimal plastic components and no PU foam.
Fabric Pads: Made from a blend of polyester and responsibly sourced wool, Pico's AstroKnit™ mesh fabric is breathable and ergonomic, keeping little travelers cool and comfortable. Pico’s frame sections are covered with a rugged polyester material.
Care: Spot clean using warm water and wool-safe detergent, or remove fabric pads and hand wash using warm water and wool-safe detergent.
The Pico car seat can be installed using a car’s LATCH system or a car or plane seatbelt.
The Pico car seat passesall safety testing according to U.S. standards regulated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
ANBBaby.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ANBBaby.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy.
We currently do not ship countries/destinations outside the contiguous U.S.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time between 30-90 days before a refund is posted.
