Safety

Safety is a primary feature for any baby stroller, and the Bugaboo Fox 2 and 3 come with a 5-point safety harness that is height adjustable as the straps can easily slide down the back to suit children of different sizes. The harness can be easily buckled and unbuckled with the push of a button, but it'll keep the baby secure and prevent them from sliding down the stroller. The Bugaboo Fox 3 includes a higher quality padded harness than its predecessor as it is made from ultra-soft materials that make it more comfortable for the baby to be strapped in the stroller.

Weight

Both models of the Bugaboo Fox 2 and Fox 3 weigh 9.9 kg/21.8 lbs, including the wheels, chassis, and seat. Similarly, with the full range of accessories, including the under-seat basket, canopy, and carry handle, they weigh 12.2 kg/26.9 lbs.

Wheels

The Bugaboo Fox 2 and Fox 3 both come with a 4-wheel suspension system, a lightweight chassis and large puncture-proof wheels that allow easy maneuverability on different terrains. The wheels are light enough to be pushed with a gentle touch of the fingertips, and the stroller absorbs vibrations from uneven floors and roads to produce a comfortable ride.

Fold

Both baby stroller models come with a folding button for a fast and compact fold without needing multiple steps or limbs to fold the device. Chassis

The chassis of the Bugaboo Fox 2 and Fox 3 is made of lightweight and durable materials, including aluminum with an advanced central-joint system to ensure structural integrity throughout the frame. The only difference in the Bugaboo Fox 3 is that it introduces a new and sleek graphite color compared to the Fox 2.

Fabric

The Bugaboo Fox 2 and Fox 3 come with an ergonomically designed bassinet fitted with premium fabric made of recycled materials that are machine washable. The Bugaboo Fox 3 has innovated with fabric feel and quality as the model comes with breathable mesh fabrics to provide ventilation to the bassinet. The stroller fabrics are also water-repellent, soft, durable, and they come in a mix of bright and neutral tones, ensuring they provide optimum comfort and style.

The Verdict

The Bugaboo Fox 3 introduces a higher level of comfort than the Fox 2. Even if there aren’t any drastic changes between the two models, the safety and convenience offered in both models is a key feature of both baby strollers. The new model focuses primarily on retaining the features well-loved by users of the Fox 2 but also introduces more customizability in terms of design and material.
